A workspace is the shared home for your team and all its work in ZeroRank. Your prompts (the questions ZeroRank asks AI engines for you), brands, content, and workflows all live inside one workspace. Everyone you invite shares the same workspace. So you all see the same prompts, the same results, and the same settings.

You can have more than one workspace

You can belong to several workspaces at once. Each one keeps its own data, fully separate from the others. For example, one agency could run a workspace for each client. The work in one never mixes with the work in another. A switcher in the app lets you hop between your workspaces. You can also create a new one whenever you need it.
Switching workspaces changes everything you see — prompts, brands, results, and settings all swap to that workspace.

Where workspace settings live

Open Settings → Workspace in the app. This is the control panel for your whole workspace. Here you manage a few key things.

General details

You set your general details when you first sign up, during onboarding. This is your company info and your website. You can come back and update these details any time from workspace settings.

Regions for tracking

You pick which countries you want to track. ZeroRank then runs your prompts as if someone were asking from those places. This matters because AI engines can give different answers in different countries. Every plan lets you track unlimited countries.

Topics

Topics are the subject areas that group your prompts. You choose your first topics during onboarding, and you can add more later. Topics help keep your results easy to read. Learn more on Topics and tags.

Integrations

The Integrations section is also under Settings → Workspace. This is where you connect outside tools, like WordPress or Slack. Once a tool is connected, your workflows and content steps can use it. See Integrations overview for the full list.
Think of a workspace like one shared desk. Your whole team works at the same desk, with the same papers and the same tools on it.

Who can change these settings

Settings change for everyone in the workspace, not just you. So a change you make is a change your whole team sees. To control who can edit settings, manage your team’s roles on Members.
