Tell ZeroRank your topic. It writes a brief first — a short plan for the article, with the main points to cover.

Read the plan. Change any part that does not fit. The brief shapes the whole draft, so get it right here.

Generate the full draft

ZeroRank turns the brief into a complete article. It writes in your brand voice and follows your rules.

Watch your AEO score

As you edit, ZeroRank scores the draft in real time. The score shows how ready your page is for AI answers. Keep editing until you are happy.

What the writer uses

ZeroRank does not write in a flat, generic voice. It pulls from a few things you set up.
  • Your Brand Kit. This holds your brand voice and your writing rules. The draft sounds like you, not like a robot. Set it up in Brand Kit.
  • Templates and briefs. A brief is the plan for one article. Templates give each draft a clear, repeatable shape.

Fixes it can apply

When you optimize a page, ZeroRank suggests changes that help AI engines read and quote it. These include:
  • Remove AI speech patterns. It strips out the stiff, robotic phrases AI tends to overuse, so your page reads like a real person wrote it.
  • Schema generator. It builds schema markup — hidden labels that tell engines what your page is about.
  • Improve structure. It tidies your headings and sections so the key answers are easy to find.
Your plan sets how much content you can make each month. Starter gives you 3 article generations and 3 content optimizations. Pro gives you 12 and 12. Enterprise gives you more. Yearly billing saves up to 15%.

Publish your page

When the page is ready, send it where it needs to go. You can publish to WordPress or your own CMS straight from ZeroRank. A CMS, or content management system, is the tool that holds your website pages. See Integrations for the setup. Every document keeps its status and its versions. Status tells you where the page stands, like a draft or finished. Versions save your earlier edits, so you can look back or roll back any time.
